Tanmaya Siri, 2 yr old baby girl, Kidney Operation

Sudha of Verizon referred this case to Prasanthi. Tanmaya Siri is a 2 yr old baby and she has a kidney problem which must be operated. Relatives and friends collected Rs. 80,000. Sudha on behalf of her group gave Rs. 5000 and some colleagues contributed Rs. 6000. Sudha and her group were ready to contribute Rs. 5000 more to this case.

Her parents are very poor. Sarada Mission, Kukatpally, took the responsibility of the treatment of the child and they collected around one lakh rupees for the operation and post-operation medication should be used for one year. There is no estimate as yet for the post-operation medicines.

Initial checkup was done at Apollo Hospitals and the operation is conducted at Basant Sahaney Hospital, Secunderabad. The baby is recovering well.
